You&#039;ve got a very interesting point here! (and I must say, awesome new design, good job on the adaptation Chuck!) 
I&#039;ll have to learn more about the CSX issue before I comment on that, but I absolutely agree with you regarding PR vs. Advertising. Consumers, people in general, are much more apt to trust the efforts of a PR campaign, (a good one, anyway!), than a small business&#039; personal advertising. I think the general population has been inundated with marketing and advertising and feel all the wiser as a &quot;target audience&quot;. It is as though we can see Oz behind the curtain nowadays.
Anyhow, I hope your business continues to pick up- I know I&#039;d be lucky to have your PR expertise if I were to go off &quot;on my own&quot;!</description>
