Many companies are still unsure on how to properly utilize Twitter, Facebook and other avenues of social networking. My first piece of advise (especially for Twitter) is to get your good Twitter name before somebody else does. I think you made the quote of the day: “If Generation Y isn’t already part of your client base, they soon will be,” Walker said. “So businesses need to communicate on their level.” Great post.
